Sports-U will conduct its 2nd Annual Spring football Camp for the Cruncher and Atom levels and the Peewee All-Star/U14 Program!  Register now!

Our goal is to provide a developmental program at the younger age level to produce higher skilled athletes to eventually move into the U-16, U-18 high-performance programs and possibly beyond.  Like most sports, the greater technical skill that the player displays the better the results.  Sports-U will bring the advantage of many knowledgeable football minds to improve the fundamentals of the game. Our Spring camp will strive to provide competition to challenge and motivate players to get better.  Players will be exposed to joint practices between players from throughout the city as well as expert instruction from high level and professional athletes.  Volunteer coaches for the program will receive hands on advice from Sports-U experts. The Peewee All-Star/U14 Program will serve as a training ground leading up to Football Manitoba's new U14 program next May.  Dean Lytle, Sports-U President along with Tim Jesse, Eastside Eagles Peewee Coach, have been named two of the head coaches for the U14 program.  Players will have the opportunity to work with Coach Dean and Coach Jesse prior to tryouts and a possible tournament trip to Kamloops, BC in July.

The Peewee program is intended to gather the most dedicated players in this age group in order to push each player past their comfort zone, resulting in better knowledge of the game and hopefully better performance.  We look forward working with clubs, parents, volunteers, players and coaches again this year and next.
