COMBINE TO BE HELD FOR U16 AND U18 ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Football Manitoba to hold combine to test variety of skills
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – TUESDAY, JAN. 27, 2015
WINNIPEG, MB – Football Manitoba will be holding a combine on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015 at 8:30 AM at the University of Winnipeg’s Rec Plex. Athletes that qualify for age eligibility of the U16 and U18 programs will participate in various activities that will test their skills just like the pros do.
Activities will include the 40-yard dash, shuttle (T) run, bench press, vertical jump and broad jump.
The combine will run from 8:30 AM to 5 PM and the schedule will go as follows:
U-16

The cost to participate in the combine is $55.00 with GST included and participants will receive a combine t-shirt.
Parking

NO SPECTATORS
Through the combine, athletes will have an opportunity to be identified for potential provincial team participation.
Limited space for the combine is available, participants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Cut-off date to register is Wednesday, Feb. 11.
