Football Canada has announced the Junior National Team ID camps across Canada to determine the athletes to represent Canada in the 2014 International Federation of American Football (IFAF) U19 (19-and-under) World Championship. Players born in the year’s 1995 and 1996 with a Canadian citizenship and who are members of their respective provincial football association will be eligible to attend the identification camps. Please click through for more information.The top 55-65 athletes from the identification camps will play against Team USA on February 7th in Dallas, Texas. The approximate cost to attend the game in Texas is $1,500.00.

The top 45 athletes from the game against Team USA will be selected to be a part of Team Canada, competing at the 2014 U19 World Championship in Kuwait. The approximate cost to attend the U19 World Championship is $3,500.00-4,000.00.

Team Canada hopefuls are required to bring their own shoulder pads, jersey, helmet, mouth guard and proper footwear to the identification camps.
