Football Manitoba Communication Policy

Dear Valued Members of the Football Manitoba Community;

In an effort to address communication response time with and from the office of Football Manitoba, we have developed a communication policy for acceptable timelines on responding to inquiries.

Please keep in mind that Football Manitoba receives several dozen inquiries on a daily basis, and the order in which these inquiries will be responded to will be based upon urgency and immediacy of the inquiries. From time to time due to the volume of inquiries we receive it is difficult to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, however we will strive to respond to all inquiries within two (2) business days.

To ensure that your inquiries are reaching the correct person, please refer to our contact page. We have also recently set up an info@footballmanitoba.com email address for all general inquiries.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we implement this two business day response time policy. Football Manitoba takes the concerns of our membership very seriously, and we have actioned this policy in response to your concerns.
